EZ Voucher Billing Template
A simple, single-sheet OIDS billing worksheet with case details and one billing activity per row.
- Accepts billing time only in one-tenth-hour increments
- Validates dates for reliable import
- Includes formatted rows for up to 1,000 billing entries
- Calculates each charge from the hourly rate and hours entered
Using the template
Keep the existing labels and columns, enter one billing activity per row, and save the worksheet as an .xlsx file before uploading it through EZ Voucher. The attorney remains responsible for reviewing all imported entries before completing the OIDS voucher.
